We caught up with Tyson Koh from Keep Sydney Open just after the successful second rally in Sydney last weekend. What does Tyson have planned next for the campaign? On a late Monday night at The Dolphin Hotel, Levins strikes up a conversation with Monty Koludrovic (Icebergs) and Morgan McGlone (Belle’s Hot Chicken, Harpoon Harry), plus visitors from Yardbird in Hong Kong, head chef Matt Abergel and beverage director Elliot Faber. 

In what may be the rowdiest episode of The Mitchen yet, we discuss raw chicken, bulldog jizz, head to tail eating around the globe and yakitori techniques.
